All products on our website are held on site in New Zealand ready for despatch. Our delivery target for purchases made before 10am weekdays is 1 to 2 working days to urban addresses. Add 1-2 days for rural deliveries. Subject to Courier delays due to high demand or extreme weather.

Tracked Courier Rates – Urban Delivery

0-2kg – $7.95  Nationwide

2-5kg – $7.95  Auckland, Waikato,  $9.95 Rest of North Island,  $11.95 South Island

5-25kg – $10  Auckland, Waikato,  $15  Rest of North Island,  $18 South Island

Tracked Courier Rates – Rural Delivery

0-2kg – $10  Nationwide

2-5kg – $12.50  Auckland, Waikato,  $14 Rest of North Island,  $15 South Island

5-25kg – $15  Auckland, Waikato,  $18  Rest of North Island,  $20 South Island

New Zealand orders are delivered by NZPost Courier tracked service. Your order will be left at your door or in your letterbox if you are not home to receive it. If there isn’t a safe place the courier will leave a calling card with details of how to collect your order.

We reserve the right to use a different courier or delivery agent at our discretion

For Direct Credit orders, please allow an extra day for delivery while funds clear in our account.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped by New Zealand Post.

International Air Mail – Target 3-10 working days. Untracked

International Courier – Target 3-6 working days. Tracked, signature required
