Return/Exchange Policy

HorseGifts is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our product we are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition in it’s original packaging within 14 days.

A refund will be issued by the original payment method. Credit card refunds can take severals days to appear on your credit card statement.

If you wish to exchange for another product or size please contact us at [email protected] or phone 0800 467743 to see if the item you are after is available so we may reserve that item for you.

To return please post to: HorseGifts, 28a Lowe Road, RD2, Hamilton 3282 and include your name and if possible the order number and reason for return details

NB: Sale items are not eligible for refund.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

If your product is faulty or incorrect, please accept our sincere apology.

We can organise postage paid return of the item. If the item is still required, it can be replaced for you with free delivery if it is still available or you are welcome to exchange or receive a full refund.
