Return/Exchange Policy

HorseGifts is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our product we are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition in it’s original packaging within 14 days. A refund will be issued by the oirignal payment method. Credit card refunds can take severals days to appear on your credit card statement.

If you wish to exchange your gift for another product or size please contact us at [email protected] or phone 0800 467743 to see if the item you are after is available so we may reserve that item for you.

To return please post (NZ Parcel Post is sufficient) to: HorseGifts, 18 Riverview Terrace, Hamilton 3214 and include your name and if possible order number and message

NB: Sale items are not eligable for refund.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

If your product is faulty or incorrect, please accept our apology. We will help you as soon as possible.

We can organise postage paid return of the item. If the item is still required, it can be re-ordered for you with free delivery, providing it is still available or you are welcome to exchange or receive a full refund.
