How fast will I receive my order?
We use NZ Post Couriers and most orders to NZ urban addresses are delivered the next working day. Rural deliveries please add an extra day. While we can’t make guarantees on behalf of NZ Post we have found them to be very reliable and efficient. Please also allow an extra 1 -2 days in times of high demand or extreme weather conditions.
How do I change the quantity or delete item in my shopping cart?
Click the shopping Bag icon (top right) and View Cart, change the quantity then click the Update Cart button. To delete click the X to the left of the item you wish to remove from your cart
Can I return my purchase?
We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition in it’s original packaging within 14 days. Sale items are non returnable.
A refund will be issued by the original payment method. Credit card refunds can take severals days to appear on your credit card statement.

Do you offer International Shipping?
We ship internationally. If you don’t see your country listed and you still want to place an order, please email us at email@example.com
International orders must be paid by credit card. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note the shipping costs calculated at checkout are rarely incorrect but from time to time there may be a discrepancy. In the event the shipping charges are less or more than paid at time of ordering we will contact you to confirm actual charge and options to pay if additonal charge applies. In the event you do not wish to proceed with the order we will promptly cancel and refund.
