Why do I see Tax charge in my shopping Cart?

All prices online are GST Inclusive.  The shopping cart will show a breakdown of the GST exclusive, Tax and Grand Total. It can appear confusing but please note prices include GST and there is no additional tax added at any time.


How fast will I receive my order?

Shop online with Horse Gifts NZ and you'll be unwrapping and enjoying your new purchase in no time at all – we guarantee it.

We promise to send your order by the next working day.  Place your order by 10.00am and we will endeavour to ship Same Day.   Delivery is usually overnight to town addresses but please allow an extra day or 2 for rural and larger parcels to the South Island.


What are my delivery choices?

You have the choice of Courier Post or NZ Post nationwide including PO Box.  Courier Post is a tracked service and charge additional fee for Rural Delivery.  The NZ Post service is available for small - medium sized parcels and is an untracked service nationwide, this is a good option for RD's as there is no additional charge for rural address, however it is untracked.


How do I change the quantity or delete item in my shopping cart?

Click the shopping Bag icon (top right) and change the quantity then click the Update Cart button.  To delete click the X to the left of the item you wish to remove from your cart


Can I return my purchase?

We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition in it's original packaging within 30 days.  Sale items are not returnable.

A refund will be issued by the oirignal payment method.  Credit card refunds can take severals days to appear on your credit card statement.

Gift purchased for Christmas can be returned up to 10 days after Christmas day (4th January)

I have received a faulty item / My Item has become faulty

We are sorry to hear your product is faulty. We would like to help you to resolve your enquiry as soon as possible.

We can organise postage paid return of the item. If the item is still required, it can be re-ordered for you with free delivery, providing it is still available or you are welcome to exchange or receive a full refund.

We ship internationally. If you don't see your country listed and you still want to place an order, please email us at

International orders must be paid by credit card.   Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note the shipping costs calculated at checkout are rarely incorrect but from time to time there may be a discrepancy.  In the event the shipping charges are less or more than paid at time of ordering we will contact you to confirm actual charge and options to pay if additonal charge applies. In the event you do not wish to proceed with the order we will promptly cancel and refund.
